Founded by a Professional Coach
Because Coach Quest was founded by a professional coach, we know what it's like to be a newly accredited coach, seeking coaching hours - and battling to get them - in order to achieve the coveted coaching credential from bodies such as the International Coach Federation (ICF), Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and others.
Organisational perspective
We understand that hiring a professional coach requires a signficant investment, and as a result coaching is generally reserved for the C-suite. Yet, we know the extraordinary value great coaching delivers, and the difference it makes when made available at all levels within organisational structures.
