About Us

The idea of Coach Quest was formed during an engagement with a top-notch Foundation, which has served in excess of 600 people.  We were talking about the difference coaching could make, but equally the cost this would entail and the administrative burden it would result in for the Foundation.

The penny dropped.  There are so many people that can be served through coaching.  And, there are many recently-graduated coaches looking for coaching hours in order to pursue their coveted coaching credential.  

Coach Quest was born at this intersection of helping coaches get their coaching hours, whilst in parallel, broadening the reach of coaching through making it more accessible to organisations, and all levels of employees within it.

Quote simply, Coach Quest partners with organisations who recognise the benefit of coaching, and are seeking to broaden it's use, by making it accessible to all levels of employees.  Coach Quest enables this accessibility by selecting recently-graduated coaches who are seeking coaching hours on their way to a professional coach credential.  

Coach Quest not only manages the coaching process for organisations, removing the administrative burden, but simultaneously works with our coaches to bring about continuous improvement in coaching practice, and well as by providing coaching toolkits that have been developed over years of professional coaching.
